Cancellation Policy

Every Coastsetter chair, table and stool is made to order in Taylors, South Carolina. We do not hold finished stock, and fabric is cut and sewn for your order.

Cancellations must be requested within 3 days of the order date. After that your order is in production and can no longer be cancelled. Email support@coastsetter.net with your order number and we will confirm the cancellation and refund in full to your original payment method.

Please check your colour choice before ordering. Fabric swatches are shown on every product page, and if you would like to see a colour in person, contact us before you order.

Make and ship time

Orders ship from our workshop within 2 to 3 weeks. During the busiest part of the season this can run longer; if it will, we tell you at the time of order. Shipping rates and the estimated delivery date are shown at checkout.

Returns

Cancellation is separate from returns. For anything after shipment, see our refund policy.
