Cancellation Policy

We certainly value your business, however please note our chairs, umbrellas, cushions and cabanas are made to order. We do not stock parts or products. All fabric is ordered, cut and hand sewn per your order.

Cancellations must be received within 3 days of the date of order. Requests for cancellations after 3 days will not be accepted.

Please be sure your color choice is correct — we offer sample swatches at no charge — and that you have read our shipping and delivery times.

Shipping and delivery times

Our wood chairs are made just for you. Because our products are manufactured, assembled and shipped directly from our factory, they do take a little extra time. On average, chairs are made and shipped within 3–4 weeks. During peak season, May through August, delivery times may be extended. Please allow an additional 2 weeks for custom screen print and embroidery orders during peak season. Timing will be confirmed when ordering.
