Built with materials that last.

Every Coastsetter chair is handcrafted from white oak and built with marine-grade components selected for durability in coastal environments and everyday use.

Coastsetter products are built using time-tested materials and construction methods chosen for durability in real environments. Every chair is designed to withstand sun, salt, moisture, and repeated use over time.

Every chair is made to order and backed by a one-year limited warranty covering defects in wood components, joinery, hardware and workmanship.

Materials that make the difference

White oak — White oak is selected for its strength, stability, and resistance to outdoor exposure. Unlike lightweight materials that weaken over time, white oak maintains structural integrity under repeated use and changing environmental conditions. White oak frames form the foundation of every Coastsetter chair.

Marine-grade finishes — Each chair is finished with marine spar varnish designed to protect against sun exposure, salt air, and moisture. This finish helps preserve both appearance and structural durability over time.

Brass hardware — Corrosion-resistant brass hinges and rivets are used throughout construction. Brass holds up to sand, moisture, and repeated folding without weakening or degrading.

Sunbrella fabric — Seating fabric is marine-grade Sunbrella, selected for fade resistance and durability in sun, salt air, and sand. It is the same fabric used on boat canvas and premium outdoor furniture.

Construction built for repeated use

  • Reinforced joinery

Built for structural stability through repeated use and long-term reliability.

  • Sunbrella fabric

Marine-grade Sunbrella seating fabric, selected for durability in coastal conditions.

  • Outdoor-ready hardware

Hardware designed for repeated outdoor exposure, season after season.
